Principal and Owner
David is a seasoned executive with over 20 years experience marketing and selling luxury California wines. He has led and advised a broad variety of companies, including Turnbull Wine Cellars, Lancaster Estate, Dana Estates, Joel Gott Wines, Brassfield Estate, Lede Family Wines, Three Sticks, Head High, Westwood Wines, Renteria Family Wines, Clos du Val and Benchmark Wine group, among others.
David’s role is to be a relentless facilitator. Whether you’re planning a startup, a merger, or a turnaround, he’s on the spot to build teams, foster collaboration, and unearth your brand’s authentic proposition. Persistence is his religion. And by leveraging his relationships, strategic vision, and experience, his goal is to help you foster a gravitational, viscerally impactful brand and grow your business.
Brand Manager and Administraion
With well over 30 years immersed in marketing fine wine, St. Helena native Julie Koetzner comes to David Green & Co after a 16-year tenure at Bounty Hunter Rare Wine & Spirits, where as Director of Marketing and Catalog Development, she presided over exponential growth in revenue. Additionally she has extensive and broad experience as the executive Marketing Manager for Domaine Chandon in Yountville, as well as positions at Charles Krug, Wineshopper.com, and Benchmark HR.
Julie brings a keen eye for detail, formidable skills in project management, accounting, administration, and logistics, and an unflappable positivity and affability to her role.
